3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Product process 3-4 business days, depending on our production line up.
• After product is processed, delivery is done through surface or air, as per your choice
  Surface delivery is additional 3-5 days, Air delivery expected to be done in 2-4 days. Delivery time may vary according to your location and couriers availability of service in the areas.
• Remote or non-serviceable areas may experience longer shipping durations.

Return and Refund Policy

1. No Returns or Exchanges

All our products are fragile and breakable. Therefore, we do not accept any returns, replacements, or exchanges under any circumstances.

We take utmost care while packaging your order. Once the product is delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the rare case of a manufacturing defect or if the wrong item is delivered.

2. Reporting Wrong or Damaged Items

If your order is incorrect (wrong product shipped) or error in engraving:

• You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email or our website contact form.
• Include unboxing video and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
• Without valid proof (such as an unboxing video), we regret that we cannot process any claims.

3. No Refunds

In case of wrong order ,resend the product, we will replace the same. Unboxing video will prove wrong product received.

Such variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
